Research, not advice

Guide prices and risk flags are research references from available transaction data. They are not bank valuations, surveyor reports, or advice to buy or sell.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use
Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer or resell bulk data without permission

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account. We may suspend abuse.

Limitation

Tudi is provided as-is. Property decisions carry risk; verify independently.
